Return and Shipping Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order arriving. Please contact seller and describe the issue or reason for return. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and would love to correct any issue and send a replacement. Returns and refunds are not accepted for customized orders.

Shipping is calculated for each order by the size of package and weight. Shipping averages around $5 in the United States for one item. This will vary with the amount of ordered items or which item is ordered. The seller uses USPS for those within the United States.

Other vendors may vary for outside the United States. Please allow at least a week for the order to be completed and sent. After sending please allow a week for the order to reach you within the United States. Updates should be sent via email to you as well as a tracking number for you to follow along. With any questions or concerns please contact the seller.
